He is survived by his father, John Witt; brother, Anthony Tabor; sister, Heather Burkhead; brother-in-law, Jeff Burkhead; aunt and uncle, Julie and Nicholas Birchum; aunt, Jan Witt; uncle, Jeff Witt; cousins, Branden and Zachary Witt, Audrey and Andrew Birchum; and nephew, Blake Burkhead.
