Joneen Lou Schlobohm's Obituary
Passed away suddenly on December 10, 2009. Joni finds peace with the Lord and rejoins her beloved husband and friend, Charlie. Born on August 27, 1933, Joni lived her 76 years with strength, independence, and courage. Her tough exterior often eclipsed her tender self; with a genuine heart of gold, she was joyful and fun loving, never missing a joke. Tireless and intelligent, she became a nurse, businesswoman, bookkeeper, caregiver, friend, and mother. Preceding her to heaven were her mother and father, Mary Catherine and John C. Eppard, and her husband, Charles H. Schlobohm. Remembering her compassion and love are her daughters, Betsy Schlobohm and Cindy (Scott) Becker, her grandchildren, Katie and Ryan Becker, her sister, Betty (Harry) Grill, her nieces and nephews, and her immense number of loyal friends. She will be greatly missed. Visitation Monday from 6:30-8:30 pm at Restland Funeral Home. Service Tuesday at 12:30 pm at Memorial Chapel followed by Interment.
