Jose Antonio Perales 02/06/1942 – 09/16/2024
Jose, (Tony) of Forney, TX went home to be with our Lord and Savior on September 16th at the age of 82. He was born in Crystal City, TX to Micaela & Manuel Perales. He was a beloved husband, father, grand- father, great-grand father and brother. He always lovingly took care of his family and loved-ones.
Jose was married to Gloria Rebolloso for 42 years whom passed away is 2003. They had 3 children together, Ruby, Joseph (Joey) & Amy.
He found love again in 2015 when he married Yolanda Martinez whom he loved and helped raise Fernando Martinez and have a son together, Anthony.
From a young age, Jose dedicated himself to painting classic cars. He started his own business and owned several body shops, properties, land & restaurants. He enjoyed horses, hunting and the quiet life on his ranches. He was always loved and respected for his kindness by all his employees and those who knew him, especially his employees.
Jose’s legacy lives on through his wife Yolanda and his children, Anthony Perales, Amy Vuong & husband Nick, Joey Perales & wife Kim, Ruby Gutierrez & husband Roger, his step-son Fernando Martinez, grandchildren Cisco Iturbe, Jennifer Ortiz, Joseph Perales III, Isaiah Perales, Ramon Vuong, Delanie Vuong & Kristiana Castillo. Great Grand-children; Keyla Iturbe, Cecilia Ortiz, Ezra Ortiz, Joseph Perales IV, Trevor Perales, Makenzie Rose Perales, Dominic Vuong, Elena Vuong, Oliver Hardy Vuong, Cora Castillo & Carina Castillo. His brother Salvador Perales, & sisters Micaela Choquette & Noelia McInish.
He is preceded in death by his parents Manuel & Micaela Perales, his wife Gloria Rebolloso, his brother Manuel Perales, and sisters Minerva Castellano, Melva Henry-Slivinskas, Pearl Turner, Gloria Vizcarra, & Diane McDonald and his grand-son Elijah Vuong.
Jose will be truly missed by all. By the grace of God, we will be with him again one day.
Visitation & funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 15th at Rest Land Funeral Home located at: 13005 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX
Visitation will be at 1:00 PM, Service will follow at 2:00 PM and burial to follow.
We will have a Celebration of Life for him at his Restaurant, Rivieras Comida Tex Mex from ___ - ___ located at: 3534 Hickory Tree Rd. Balch Springs, TX 75180
