Fernando, Joseph Anthony Leo was born on August 26, 1945 in Colombo, Sri Lanka and passed away on January 21, 2016 in Richardson, Texas. Preceded in death by his parents. Survived by his wife: Pam, children; daughters: Kavita and Radhini and son: Joe, son-in-law C.D., daughter-in-law: Christine, grandsons: Liam and Keaton; sisters: Shirley, Chithra, Amala, Indrani and brother Reginold. Leo never met a stranger, loved making jokes and was the life of the party. He enjoyed daily Catholic Mass, morning walks, and his grandsons. A date for the service to be decided by the family in his home country in Sri Lanka.
