Born on March 3, 1929 in Eunice, LA and passed away on February 18, 2008 in Richardson, TX. He was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Annie Lou Brown. Joe is survived by his sons, David Brown and wife Ruth, and Warren Brown and wife Audrey; his grandchildren, Michelle, Licia, Aidan, and Ciara Brown; and his brother, Bobby Brown and wife Mary Lou.
