Frank, Joseph~ Born June 10, 2011 to Luther and Lennie Franks, passed away February 12, 2011. Joseph is survived by daughter Margaret Cunningham, grandson Joseph (Jory) Cunningham, sister Ruth Harvey, Cousin Marilyn McConnell, and Emily Apperson his dear love, and companion in his later years.
