HORVAT, JOSEPH JAMES Born on December 3, 1942 in Youngstown, Ohio and passed away January 23, 2008 in Richardson, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Horvat. Dr. Horvat is survived by his wife Ann Marie Horvat; son, Joel Horvat of Columbus, OH; daughter, Erin Ressler of Houston, TX and mother, Sylvia Horvat of Girard, OH. He was a Psychologist at NeuroTherapy Dallas. Service will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 26, 2008 in Restland Abbey Chapel. Memorials may be made to The Research Fund of International Society for Neurofeedback and Research, 1925 Francisco Blvd. E. #12, San Rafael, CA 94901.
