Retired U.S. Army Major Joseph Mongogna Jr. was born on July 29, 1944 in New Orleans, LA and passed away on March 3, 2015 in Forney, TX. He is survived by his wife, Olivia Serpas Mongogna; children, Sheryll Mongogna McInelly, Kevin Lynn McInelly, John Joseph Mongogna, Michelle Lenoe Mongogna, and Joseph Bartholomew Mongogna III; grandchildren, Ashley Marie McInelly, Jennifer Lynn McInelly, Gabrielle Lenoe Mongogna and Emily Danielle Mongogna. A graveside service for Joseph will be held at 1:30 PM on Friday, March 6, 2015 at DFW National Cemetery.
