Joseph "Joey" Pletcher's Obituary
Joseph (Joey) Pletcher was born June 12, 2000 in Dallas, TX to Curtis Wesley and Stacy Michelle (Duncan) Pletcher. He went to be with his Lord and Savior June 4, 2017 in Richardson, TX. He was 16 years of age. Joey is survived by grandparents, Larry and Lois Pletcher; parents, Curtis and Stacy Pletcher; sisters, Jessica and Heather Pletcher; brother, Daniel Pletcher; maternal grandfather, Charles Duncan; maternal grandmother (Grammy) Sandy Duncan; and uncles, Larry Pletcher and Matt Duncan. Joseph, along with his siblings, lived with his grandparents and attended Fivestone Community Church. Joseph loved the Lord and enjoyed singing Christian songs. He played baseball in the Garland Buddy League and attended Naaman Forest High School. He enjoyed computer games, star wars and playing with all of his dogs. He was loved by nearly everyone that knew him. The family will receive friends at Restland Funeral Home in the Memorial Chapel between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 pm, Wednesday, June 7, 2017. The service for Joey will take place at his church, Fivestone Community Church, located at 1600 W. Campbell Road, Garland, TX 75044 at 2:00 pm, Thursday, June 8, 2017. Pastor Jerry Zucha will officiate. Burial will take place at Restland Memorial Park in the Court of Reflections.
