Joseph Burton Wyrick's Obituary
Joe Wyrick, of Carrollton, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026, in Plano, Texas. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all that knew and loved him.
He was born on November 28, 1949, in Dallas, Texas, to Rufus and Ruby Jo Wyrick. Joe was an electrical journeyman who retired from DFW Airport and enjoyed collecting model trains and Hot Wheels.
Joe is survived by his wife, Cathy Wyrick of Carrollton, Texas; his children, Jason Wyrick, Rachel Wyrick, Heather Erler, and Crystal Kemp; and his grandchildren, Austin Wyrick, Haley Wyrick, Trevor Wyrick, Beau Wyrick, Jacob Grieb, John Grieb, Conner Curl, Lauren Davidson, Elizabeth Erler, and Kaitlyn Lumley.
Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, followed by the funeral service at Restland Funeral Home in the Wildwood Chapel.
