HERNANDEZ, JOSEPHINE (JOSIE) M. Born March 2, 1931 in Kaufman County, TX and passed away April 28, 2008 in Dallas, TX. Preceded in death by parents, Ysabel and Julia Medina and brother, Ysavel Medina. Survived by husband, Nick V. Hernandez; sons, Tom V. Hernandez and wife Melissa, Matt L. Hernandez and wife Karen; daughters, Jeanette K. Plummer and husband Perry, Cyndi Hernandez; grandchildren, Amanda, Amy, Chelsea, Charley, Katie, Ashley, Hannah, Nick, Alison; great grandchildren, Emma and Josh; brother, Jim Medina; sister, Judy Lofton; sister-in-law, Doris Medina; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at Restland Memorial Chapel. Service will be 12:30 PM, Thursday, May 1, 2008 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
