Josephine Moir Sellers' Obituary
Josephine Moir Sellers, age 95 died peacefully in her sleep in her home, August 22, 2022.
She was born in Dallas, Texas to parents Burdette Edward Moir and Alice Violet Sincox on March 7, 1927. She was proud to be a native Texan. She attended schools in University Park, Longview and Highland Park. Jo graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in education and, along with her twin sister Melinda (deceased), was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority.
She is survived by two daughters, seven granddaughters, sixteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
She is proceeded in death by husband Bill Sellers, her parents, sister, brother and youngest daughter.
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.
Interment will be with her husband at DFW National Cemetery. A private family services will be held at DFW National Cemetery.
