Jowanna Monroe of Dallas, TX was born June 12th in Gordonville, TX to Joe Bailey Warren and Wanna Burden Warren passed away on 12/18/2023 in Denison, TX.
Remembered by her love for animals. She rescued many cats and dogs. President of Oak Hill Book Club, active in the Dallas Republican Women Party. She graduated from Denison High School.
Jowanna is preceded in death by her husband, Cleburn Wayne Monroe, her parents: Joe Bailey Warren and Wanna Warren and her grandmother.
Jowanna is survived by her precious dog “Popcorn” and many, many friends.
