On September 27th , 2025 we took Joy on a kayaking adventure at Colorado Bend State Park. We spent hours going up the River about 5-6 miles then back to the park. It was so much fun. She was laughing and smiling. She seemed to really enjoy it. I met Joy when I was 17 years old. And she has been a major part of my life since then. We would go visit her in Mississippi and she would come visit us no matter where we were. Over the last couple years we got to spend a lot of quality time with her. And I’m so thankful for that. She painter with her hands a Christmas card for Amy and I. It meant the world to us. We will treasure that painting for ever. Until we meet again your forever brother n law. I have many memories with you and am proud of all of them. Fly high Joy.
