FRANKLIN, JOY KIMBERLEY born on April 22, 1958 in Dallas, Texas passed away on July 19, 2011. She is survived by her mother Patricia Webb, sons, Robert and Jonathan; and her fiance, Don Griffin. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Monday, July 25, 2011 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 pm, Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Restland’s Wildwood Chapel.
