Joyce Arlene Fisher Anderson's Obituary
Anderson, Joyce Alrene Fisher was born on July 29, 1932 in Fargo, North Dakota and passed away on January 6, 2016 in Richardson, Texas. Preceded in death by: First Husband, Edward Fisher, both sets of grandparents, her parents, Fred and Mary Maxson, two aunts, two uncles, brother-in-law, Allen Drummond, and step-son Michael John Anderson. Survived by: Husband, John Anderson, four children, Terry Settle Coppell, Texas, Bruce Fisher of Sherwood, Arkansas, Debbie Procopio of Remer, Minnesota, and Mary Owens and Son-in-Law, Trent Owens of Garland, Texas, two step sons Mark Anderson and David Anderson and families, six grandchildren, Cory Fisher and Daniel Fisher (both of Arkansas), Bailee Segrist (Ohio), Piper Segrist (Texas), Lauren Owens (Oklahoma), and Jordan Owens (Texas), Sister, Edith Drummond (Minnesota), two nieces and two nephews (Minnesota) and their children, and two cousins, Karol Johnson and Paul Johnson. Joyce was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, great-aunt, great-great aunt and friend to many. She retired from Rockwell International/Alcatel in 1993 after which she stepped into her role as a volunteer for the Network of Community Ministries, and First Presbyterian Church Richardson, her church family since 1965 where she served as an Elder, Sunday School Teacher and was a part of the Congregational Care Ministry. She has gone on before us to live with her Lord but will be in our hearts always, until we meet again in Heaven. In Lieu Of Flowers: Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church Richardson, Texas Scholarship Funds. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2016 from 2:00- 4:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be held on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 1:00 PM with a memorial service at 4:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church of Richardson.
