Born August 3, 1934 in Quinlan, Texas to A.B. and Stella Norris and passed away February 12, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth. Joyce is survived by daughters, E.J. Rodgers and husband, Dr. Mike Rodgers, Vickie Poston and husband, Jodie; son, Kenneth Jacks and wife, Kelly; grandchildren, Tammy Hischke and husband, Dr. Jeff Hischke, Jennifer Rodgers and husband, Michael, Kelsey Jacks, Rainie Weir and husband, Hunter, Jason Poston; 5 great grandchildren, and sisters, Almarie Jones and Lorene Trammell. Joyce’s family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Monday, February 16, 2015 at Restland Funeral Home. Service for Joyce will take place at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
