Joyce Boles Stewart's Obituary
STEWART, JOYCE BOLES born October 27, 1928 in St. Cloud, FLorida passed away March 29, 2013. Joyce graduated from Waco High School in 1945 then moved with her husband to many homes during their 56 years of marriage. Joyce loved the ocean/beaches, getting absorbed in her reading, and enjoyed her countless hours of expressing her many talents in oil painting, watercolors, weavings, and craft mediums. She shared her creative talents with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and taught many others throughout her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Stewart; brother, Charles; sisters, Ruth and Charlesta; daughter-in-law, Mary Oland Stewart; her grandson, Kevin Michael Stewart and several sister and brother-in-laws. Joyce is survived by her brother, Robert Boles and his wife, Ann of Flowery Branch, Georgia; sister-in-laws, Janis Stewart and Audrey Stewart; her children, Mark Stewart and his wife, Marcia Belochi Stewart, Melissa Quast, Brian Stewart; her wonderful ten grandchildren, Marnie Stewart, Justin Quast, Jillian Quast Ragsdale and her husband, Jonathan, Jashley Quast Boatwright and her husband, Grant, Kyle Stewart, Jabrielle Quast Troup and her husband, Cory, Joshua Quast, Kory Stewart, Jarrett Quast, and Jacob Quast and her four precious great-grandchildren, Emma Ketchum, Jaci Quast, Kyla Quast, and Isabella Ragsdale and numerous caring nieces and nephews. Celebration service for Joyce with Holy Eucharist will be officiated by Rev. Donald P. McConnell on April 7, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Christ the Redeemer Church at 4125 Broadway Blvd., Suite 100, Garland, Texas 75043. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jonathan’s Place by calling Bill Ansel at (972) 303-5303.
