We were both deeply saddend by Elaine's passing, our Queen Bee. Elaine was such an inspiration to all she met, and a strong women, before her time. We are both torn with not having visited more often; however, she will continue to remain in our hearts forever with love and cherish the times our paths had crossed. Rick, our deepest sympathy goes out to you during this time!!

Elaine was a truly special person and God used her to bless countless people throughout her life. She was kind and generous and always helping someone. Whenever anyone needed something Elaine would spring into action and call people she knew who could be of service for that particular person's need. She was my dear friend and "granny" to my children Kristin and Erik. I am so glad we got to visit with her a week before she passed away. Elaine was the first neighborhood friend we met during our years there with Cal. We are so grateful for the opportunity we had to know and love her. We are sorry for your loss, Rick, and we share your sorrow.
I Have so many memories with Elaine, in out friendship. She was the first lady that I met when I moved here to be close to my son that she had known since he was 17 years old. Seems like so many people said she was the first for this or first for that…and that is so true of Elaine. She of course took me under her wing and became my closest friend. As our friendship progressed I sometimes would take her under my wing…then she me and so on…we shared everything with each other the good and the bad. We never had a cross word. I would always lose the argument, but I would put up a good fight. We shared our life stories, our families, our time and our love for one another. I never met such a spunky little lady with a zest for life and for people. I will cherish all of our times together and all of the memories we shared. Elaine was truly one of a kind and will be missed now and for years to come by me, my family and all of her friends and family. Rick you had a beautiful Mother.
Elaine was my neighborhood Mom. She was a great friend, loving, caring and always checking in on me to make sure my house, my animals, my family and I were doing ok. She was the first person in the neighborhood I introduced Vika to, as my respect for her was immense. My deepest condolences to you Rick. I cannot express how much your Mom meant to me. I will miss her dearly.
