Joyce Loretta White's Obituary
Joyce Loretta White passed away after a brief illness on July 26, 2019 at Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas. She was born in Galesburg, Illinois on March 15, 1931 to Arthur Nels Ringberg and Etta Julia (Johnson) Ringberg. She married Richard C. White on October 27, 1951 in Rock Island, Illinois.Joyce is survived by her daughters Patricia J. Rundio (Paul) of Hernando, FL; Donna L. Devine (Patrick) of Overland Park, KS and her son Steven R. White (Kimberly) of Bastrop, TX. She is also survived by her grandchildren Andrea K. Devine (Justin Bowes, husband) of Charlottesville, VA; Kevin P. Devine of Brooklyn, NY; Brian R. Devine (Maria Scarpello, wife); Amy S. Rundio of Statesboro, GA and David P. Rundio of Wethersfield, CT. She is also survived by a niece and several nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and brothers Emery Ringberg and Chester Ringberg and sister Minerva (Ringberg) Hopper.She enjoyed crafts, Bible study, cross stitching, crocheting, painting and watching sports. But most of all, she was a loving mother, wife, and a friend to many.The funeral service for Mrs. White will be held Saturday, August 10, 2019 In Restland’s Wildwood Chapel at 10:00 a.m. with the visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m.In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial donation to a charity of your choice.
