Juanita Maxine Barz's Obituary
Juanita Maxine Barz, 81, of Lowry Crossing passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024 in Grapevine TX.
Maxine was born on November 26, 1942 to Henry and Bulah Crow in Manila, AR. Maxine met her husband Roy Barz and went on to have 3 children; Lisa, Michelle and James.
Maxine worked as an accounting clerk at Fina Oil & Chemical for over 20 years. After retirement, she spent her time traveling with her husband on dive excursions, baking cakes filled with love for family, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Maxine was preceded in death by her mother and father, Henry and Bulah Crow, son James Barz and great granddaughter Kayden Zuelly. Maxine is survived by her husband of 62 years, Roy, her two daughters Lisa Jaggers (husband Gary) and Michelle Balak (husband Randy), grandchildren Brittney Fischer (husband Jason), Kristin Zuelly (husband Jesse), Matthew Balak (wife Deni), Erin Cuevas (husband Sam), Julie Mitchell (husband Alan), and great grandchildren Hailey, Iris, Jesse, Frederick and Abigail.
A viewing will be held at Restland Funeral Home, Wildwood Chapel on Monday, August 19th, 2024 at 1pm followed by services at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Scottish Rite, a fund very close to Maxine & Roy’s hearts.
