Juanita Ellis Phillips, lifelong native of Dallas, Texas was born on May 24, 1927 and passed away on November 16, 2014. Juanita is preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Phillips and daughter, Pamela Phillips. Juanita is survived by Eddie Phillips III, Tim Phillips, Toby & Betty Combs, Angela, Vincent, Victoria, and Isaac, Sean & Katherine Combs, Eddie Phillips IV & Cheryl Phillips, Paige Phillips, Billy Phillips, Talon Phillips, Mercedes Combs, Colton Combs, Sara & Gavin Combs, Kaitlyn Combs Funeral Service for Juanita will take place at 12:00 pm on Friday, November 21, 2014 in The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park, Garden of The Last Supper. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238.
