Juanita R. Wallace's Obituary
She was born to Robert Nickolas and Maude Irene McKeage on September 25, 1915 in Hamilton County. She is preceeded in death by her parents, husband Harry Hill Wallace, daughter-in-law Brenda Howard Wallace, sisters Laura Wayne McKeage of Dallas, Dixie Elreno Ingram of Cross Plains, and Doris Mildred Christopher of Frisco. She is survived by her son, Donald R.Wallace of Garland, daughter KeLaine Wallace Kvale and husband Kevin Kunreuther of Dallas, grandchildren Brian Howard Wallace, Kimberly Diane Wallace Lowe Spangler and husband Mike, great-grandchildren Jessica Lynn Spangler of Garland and Edward Lowe of Wylie, sisters Una Lorean McKeage of Stephenville, Helen Louise Little and husband Jack of Houston, brother Robert Darrell McKeage and wife Barbara of Stephenville, plus neices and nephews. Juanita moved to Dallas in 1939. She joined First Presbyterian Church where she met and married Harry Hill Wallace in 1945. For many years she taught Sunday School and was an elder in her beloved church. She was active in Circle, Projects, and the Allman Class. For 22 years she worked as a Resource Secretary and Summer Camp Registrar for the higher courts of Presbetery and was honored at First Presbyterian Church by the Presbytery who estimated her life had touched over 25,000 men, women, and children. Talented as an artist, she did china painting, ceramics and sold many oil paintings. She will be remembered as a loving and generous mother and grandmother.
