Ms. Judith Ann Wright's Obituary
Born September 17, 1946 and passed away June 8, 2007. Judy succumbed to a very long and brave battle with lung cancer. She is predeceased by her father A C Wright and her mother Lura Jeanette’ Wright and nephew Justin. She is survived by her brother Perry, niece Kristin, sister-in-law Mary and life partner Karen Bruce. A life long resident of Dallas; she graduated from Woodrow Wilson HS, the Class of 1965, and graduated from North Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In 1972, she went to work for Glazers Wholesale Drug Company. She was as a branch manager and upon retirement, the corporate insurance manager for Glazers. She was a pasted member of the Lonestar Corvette Club, other local and national corvette clubs, and classic thunderbird clubs. A Memorial Service will be conducted to celebrate her life on a later date at Wildwood Chapel, Restland Cemetery in Dallas. Micah Rodgers will be officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, Treasured Friends ( a no kill cat adoption agency) and the Dallas SPCA.
