Julie Erin Stuart's Obituary
STUART, JULIE ERIN was born on July 09, 1983 in Dallas, Texas. She died at age 30 on May 30, 2014 in Grapevine, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father, Arlie Terrill “Terry” Stuart and grandparents Ruth and Al Armstrong and Greta and Bob Stuart. Julie is survived by her mother, Janet Armstrong Stuart; brother, Jeff Stuart, and his wife, Patti, and their two sons, Luke and Jack. She is also survived by aunts, Lynn Armstrong and Rebekah Stuart Reynolds; uncles, Sandy Stuart and Tom Armstrong, many cousins and numerous loving friends. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, June 5, at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Road, Colleyville, Texas 76034 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Friday, June 6, at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7, at Restland Memorial Chapel at 2:30 PM. Graveside services will follow. Julie was happy, loving and generous. She always had a smile on her face and never met a stranger. She never ended a conversation without saying “I love you”. Julie battled Juvenile Diabetes since age 5. Over the past 10 years she had chronic medical complications, which she faced with courage and a strong will to live. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Julie graduated from Grapevine High School and attended Texas A&M University. Julie adored the color pink. To honor her memory, please wear something pink. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Camp Sweeney which is designed specifically for children with diabetes. Julie attended the camp from age 7 to 18 and remained active with the organization after graduation. It was a place near and dear to her heart. To donate in Julie’s memory you may: 1.
