Julio C. Cisneros' Obituary
Julio Cesar Cisneros, beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle and grandfather passed away Monday, September 19, 2022. He lived his last days surrounded by friends and family who traveled from near and far to be at his side. Julio left behind his wife Nancy Cisneros whom he met at 17 years old. He had his first daughter, Victoria Elizabeth Saras at the age of 19 and was a homeowner at the early age of 21. He also left behind his twin sons, Felix Armando Cisneros and Julio Cesar Cisneros Jr, as well as, his baby Ruby Esmeralda Cisneros. Lastly, he was promoted to Grandpa by Avery Joseph Saras and Ayla Marie Saras at age 42. So, naturally, he left us too early at the age of 46.
Julio was born to parents Gloria Garcia and Joaquin Cisneros on September 14, 1976, in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. Y de mucha honra! It was only fitting that his last outfit was a Tigres jersey. His larger than life outlook derived from his humble origins. His love of cars inspired his career of more than twenty years in the car industry. One of his greatest mentors and friends was Mr Lute Riley himself. His approach to life may have been unconventional but his life made a huge impact on so many. Needless to say, many loved ones have followed in his footsteps.
He is survived by his mother Gloria Ibanez and his step father Jesus Ibanez from whom he learned to live life with grace. Julio was baptized and married at Primera Iglesia Bautista de Irving thanks to their influence. In the true spirit of grace; he was generous, compassionate and always took pride in his work. He was a gentleman, a true cowboy with his black Resistol "tejana" and all. He was charismatic from sunrise to sunset and there was not a song he didn't dance to. There is not one person he met that he didn't befriend much less a friend or family member that he did not celebrate. We can only hope to live with such passion in your honor.
