June Rose Hill's Obituary
HILL, JUNE ROSE, born June 19, 1925 passed peacefully and gracefully on June 6, 2014. June was married for 68 years. She is survived by her husband, Eldon. She is also survived by her children, Linda Miller, Brad Hill and Chris Hill; grandchildren, Aubrey Schultz, Kristie Stout, Erin Miller, Carrie Miller, Cody Hill, Brian Miller, Austin Hill, Mason Hill, Mathew Hill, Nathan Hill and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Jack. June was a devout Christian and has now joined her parents, sisters, brother and son in heaven. June attended art school in California and loved to paint. She and Eldon loved to travel. They enjoyed boating for many years and lived on Lake Lewisville since 1976. She loved her family dearly and was very involved in their lives. She lived independently and loved her view of the lake. She always saw the good in everyone and never judged anyone. Her loving attitude set an example and inspired others to see the good and enjoy life. Her smile will never be forgotten and she made each of us feel special and loved. Heaven received a beautiful soul today. Nana, we love you and will miss you deeply. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Monday, June 9, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Lake Cities United Methodist Church, 300 E. Hundley Dr. Lake Dallas, TX 75065. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Lake Cities United Methodist Church.
