June Looney's Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of June Looney announces her passing after a brief illness, on Tuesday, September 6, 2017 at the age of 91 years. June will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Cheri Knoy, Renee Feinberg, sons in law Bob Knoy and Hill Feinberg, grandchildren Brian Knoy (Alicia), Jeff Knoy (Kristine), Andrew Knoy, and Max McDermott. June also leaves two great-grandchildren, Madison and Noah Knoy, along with several nieces and nephews. June was predeceased by her husband Roy Goodman (1979) and Ned Looney (1999), brother Richard Beaver, step-son Dennis Goodman, and parents Ellen and Al Beaver. June was born and raised in Chicago, IL, attended Roosevelt University, and later traveled the world, living in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran, Venezuela, Aruba, Puerto Rico, and all over the United States. She arrived in Dallas, TX in 2004 from Ada, OK. June made many friends throughout her lifetime and enjoyed the company of her daughters and families here in Dallas over the past 13 years. Funeral Services in memory of June will be held on Monday, September 11, 2017. Visitation will be at 11:30, with funeral to follow at 12:30 PM at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, TX with Rev. David Shivers officiating. Interment will follow in Restland Cemetery.
