What an awesome "Big Sis!" I remember wanting ssssoooo badly to cook. At the age of 5 she so courageously took me home with her on a Sunday afternoon to "bake cookies." It was my very first kitchen experience. June patiently let me "attempt" to mix the cookies then following my "disaster" she so lovingly sat me on the counter top and let me watch her finish up. Best cookies ever!!! What love and aloha for "Lil' sis!" Darlene
So sorry to hear about June's passing. I have great memories of my childhood visits to Trade Winn and her working with my grandfather. Debbie Gearner Thompson

June and her family were very good friends of ours in the 1950's and remained through the years -though we did not see them very often after that. We lived across the street from each other on East Waco St. in Dallas. Cindy was my closest friend in those years as we shared so much fun in our back yards playing. We spent a lot of time together so I remember how kind June was to me. We spent the night and ate lunch and dinner together often. She has raised wonderful children and impacted her grandchildren for the Lord as well. She was such a successful worker in every thing she put her hands to do. I know that my Mother, and my Daddy -Maymie and Spencer January – were there to meet her along with so many wonderful Saints who have gone before. My – the singing just got better. I love you June – and Cindy and Donny, Kay January McCrary

The day Ron introduced me to June Marie I knew they would spend their lives together. I could see it in his smiling eyes. I've never seen a couple more in love. All my love Keith Underwood
Rest in Peace my dear Sister in Love. I will miss you.
