June Marie Slay's Obituary
June Marie Slay, age 88, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning July 21, 2024, in Dallas, Texas.
She was born on Columbus Day on October 12th, 1935, in Columbus, Ohio to William and Esther Jesson.
June is preceded in her passing by her parents, William and Esther Jesson, and her brother Bill Jesson.
She is survived by her husband Larry Slay, and their sons: Brian Slay, and his daughter Brianna Slay, Douglas Slay, and his wife
Karen and their son Dylan and daughter Regan and Fiancé Andrew, and June’s son Kevin Slay, and June’s daughter Judy Slay Adamczak, and daughter Jadin husband Maciek with her sons, Stephen Fronk and wife Heather, with daughters Brooklyn and Taylor,
Aaron Fronk and wife Julieann, with their daughters Harper, Sunny, and her son Beau, and June’s sister-in-law Karen Quellette
and her children Steve, Julie, and Darren, and brother-in-law Robin Slay and wife Jackie with daughter and son Tamera Slay Wattenbarger,
and Jeff Slay and their children, and many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
June’s life was a testament of what the power of Joy can have in one’s life especially when it’s surrounded by family and friends.
She will be deeply missed by all that knew her, but her memory will forever be that joyful smile, and the joy she gave all of us in our Hearts.
Funeral will be held at Restland Funeral home at Wildwood Chapel on July 30th at 2:00pm following a graveside service held afterwards around 3pm
