Jung Pun Thoun's Obituary
Born July 3, 1960 in Cambodia; passed away May 31, 2009 at home in Garland, Texas. Jung worked many years for Atlas Copco Drilling Solutions as an electrical technician, but his passion was for his family. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ying. Survivors include his loving wife, Xuan Nguyen Thoun; sons, Aaron G. Thoun, Danny Phan and David Phan; father, T.A. Thoun; and sisters, Khinou Tang, Latanya Thoun, Yupin K. Thoun-Winifree, and Linda Thoun. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday, June 2-5, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. A service will be held in Jang’s honor at 12:30 pm, Saturday, June 6, 2009 in Restland’s Memorial Chapel, with interment to follow in Restland Memorial Park, Whispering Waters III.
