Karen Rooklidge Jones was born on November 23,1 934 in St. Lake City, Utah and passed away on February 11, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. She was 82 years old. Preceded in death by her husband Fredrick M. Jones Jr. ; parents, Father, Chandler Rooklidge, mother, Beatrice Mead; brother, Richard Rooklidge. She leaves to cherish her memory son, Michael Douglas and his wife, Melissa Dawn Douglas;granddaughters, Madison Jane Douglas,Morgan McCauley Douglas; brother, Stephen Toth of California ; sister, Stephanie Prince of California; mother n law, Dollie L. Bond of Dallas; sister in law, Alda Black and stepson, James Marion Jones. Graveside service at field of Honor will be held on Friday, February 16, 2017, at 2:00 PM at Restland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SPCA of Texas.
