Karo Adzhyan's Obituary
Karo Adzhyan, 63, of Richardson, Texas, entered his eternal rest on December 2, 2025, surrounded by the love and prayers of his family. Born on June 5, 1962, in Yerevan, Armenia, to Gevork and Osanna Adzhyan, Karo carried his homeland in his heart wherever he went. He embodied the Armenian spirit—resilient, family-centered, warm, and deeply faithful.
Karo was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a gentle, steady presence in the lives of all who knew him. His life was rooted in love, humility, and quiet strength. He passed down the stories, traditions, and values of his Armenian heritage with pride, shaping his family through compassion, kindness, and unwavering devotion.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Mimi; his daughters, Lola and Diana; his cherished granddaughters, Mina and Vivian; and his son-in-law, Jonathan Lewis, who stood by Diana with love and became a true member of the Adzhyan family. He is also survived by his in-laws, Dianna and Krikor Hagopian, who loved him dearly. In addition, he is survived by his sisters-in-law, Vera and Lucy, and their families.
Karo is further survived by his brothers, Harout and Hovan, along with their families, whose bond of family and love remained central throughout his life. He is also survived by extended family—nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones—who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Karo was preceded in death by his parents, Gevork and Osanna Adzhyan, and by his brothers, Pete and Nazar, with whom he is now reunited in eternal peace.
Karo will be remembered for his tenderness, his quiet humor, and the sense of peace he brought into every room. His love for his family was immeasurable, and the strength he passed on to them will remain his lasting legacy. May God grant rest to his soul and bring comfort to all who mourn his passing.
