Katherine E. Gunnerson's Obituary
On October 24, 2015, our friend, mother and grandmother, Katherine Gunnerson died peacefully at home in Plano, Texas with family members gathered around her. We are proud to have had the great privilege to love and be loved by, to dance and to have danced with this incredible woman during the course of our lives. For 100 years she was a mover and a shaker, forever optimistic and wise. Whether by high-heeled feet, trolley, train, plane, ship, or car, Katherine was on the move, using travel to connect her with those she loved and seizing every opportunity to listen, talk, laugh, eat, drink, sing, and dance. Join us in the celebration of life fully lived and always having time for one more dance. Preceded in death by her husband and her only son. She leaves behind her two daughters; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren and many friends. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243 at Restland Road.
