Katherine O. Haney's Obituary
Katherine Haney was born February 14, 1928, in Dallas, Texas and passed May 27, 2017, in Tool, Texas. Katherine is preceded in death by her father, Cecil Hastings; mother, Ruby Brooks Ashwood and loving husband, George. Katherine is survived by her children, Janice Haney and husband, Steve Gregory, Brooks Haney and wife, Susan; grandchildren, Charlie Ptzaszek, Anna Katherine McMurphy and Christopher Brooks Haney; great grandson Eli Brooks McMurphy. Memorial service for Katherine will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at 12:30 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park. In Lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
