One of the undeniable certainties of life is the fact that, as we age, fewer and fewer of our friend remain for us to talk to, laugh with, and love. I will miss her. Bill and Greg,I am sending Positive thoughts from Laredo to you both.

June 1, 2015 The Family of Mrs. Kathleen H. Pulte c/o Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park 13005 Greenville Avenue Dallas, TX 75238 Dear Family Members & Friends of Mrs. Pulte: I want to express my most sincere, heartfelt and personal condolences on the passing away of your most beloved and cherished one – Mrs. Kathleen H. Pulte – on Saturday, May 30, 2015. As a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and also an educator who was loved and admired by all, there is no doubt in my mind, Mrs. Pulte was loved by everyone she came in contact with and befriended whether that person was family, friend or stranger. I was saddened indeed to hear about the news of her death, but at the same time am comforted in knowing that our Lord has opened the gates in Heaven to a wonderful human being who undoubtedly will continue to look down upon us through the countless dreams, inspirations, and lives that she inspired and influenced daily while she was on this earth among all of us. Of particular admiration and notice were the number of students' lives and dreams she impacted everyday through her teaching and guidance. Through her professional work and advocacy in the community, Mrs. Pulte unselfishly always found and took the time out of her own busy day and schedule to help others in need and succeed in whatever tasks or missions they were undertaking at the time, whether it was at home, an event in the community, or on the school campus. Truly a well-respected and adored friend, confidante, and mentor, Mrs. Pulte was a vivacious individual with a cheerful spirit and demeanor that would fill any room she was in. Mrs. Pulte was the sparkling center of delight simply because of who she was or what she had to contribute to those around her. In short, that was simply part of her nature, her personality, her aura of simplicity and friendliness, and most importantly her warmth of tenderness and kindness. Through her exemplary work, dedication, and commitment as an educator, she consistently espoused the traits of always looking at the brighter side of life and helping others who sought her advice and guidance. She exhibited certain innate and unique principles of life that truly embodied her character, personality and persona every day of her life. The important thing is that Mrs. Pulte always did this from her heart and passion of service to others, and without complaining. I am certain that Mrs. Pulte leaves behind a legacy that you and your immediate family will cherish forever. I know this must be a difficult time for you and your entire family. Be comforted, however, in knowing that you are certainly surrounded by prayers, family, and friends all over who care for and love you and your entire family. May she rest in peace and may the Lord watch over you, and guide you and your entire family and friends during this difficult time of sorrow and reflection on her personal life and her unparalleled, distinguished professional and public service career which spanned decades throughout the DFW metroplex. As you honor her memory through the various prayer services, I am certain that you and your entire family will forever remember her exemplary legacy, her kindness, humanitarian efforts, skills, nurturing spirit, and love that she had for all of you that she leaves behind. On behalf of myself and my family, please be certain that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time of loss and grieving. Sincerely, Roberto R. My dear Kathleen. I am thankful for the occasions God allowed us to visit and become better acquainted – in your home with Bill, at SOC gatherings, and even in the hospital. You offered kindness and concern while my mom was on hospice, and it meant a great deal to me. You showed such courage while suffering through health issues. My prayers will continue for Bill, Greg, Roe and your extended family. With love ~ Betty Gibbs
