Kathleen Dillin Stephens' Obituary
Kathleen was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to the Dallas area with her family at a young age. Kathleen attended the Mary Immaculate School in Farmers Branch and would go on to graduate from Ursuline Academy of Dallas in 1974. Kathleen completed her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of North Texas in 1978 where she was a member of the Delta Zeta sorority and also where she met her husband of 40 years, Gregory Stephens. Kathleen was a former member of the Junior League of Richardson, TX. Kathleen was an active member of the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Richardson where she participated in the Women’s Guild.
Kathleen was a mortgage underwriter by trade, and retired at the age 65. Kathleen was an avid reader, but most of all, Kathleen loved spending time with her friends and family, who miss her greatly.
Kathleen was proceeded by her parents Keith Miles Dillin and Jo Ann Malone Dillin, as well as her brother Kyle Dillin. Kathleen is survived by her husband, Gregory Stephens, her children Matthew Stephens and Amanda Calvo and their spouses Paige Stephens and Nicolas Calvo Argus, her brother Kevin Dillin and his spouse Yuri Ellet, and her nephew James Dillin.
A Rosary will be held at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Richardson, TX on Thursday 27 April 2023 at 7 P.M. and Funeral services will also be held at St. Paul the Apostle on Friday 28 April at 11 A.M. Kathleen will be laid to rest at Restland Cemetery in Dallas, TX. Flowers may be sent to the Restland Funeral Home or donations can be made in Kathleen’s name to the American Cancer Society or the St. Paul the Apostle Women’s Guild.
