Kay Pelton Frampton's Obituary
Kay Pelton Frampton, born April 11, 1939 passed into the arms of the Lord to join her beloved Mother and Father Mary Louise and Reuben Fuller in heaven on Friday February 17, 2017. She was born in Dallas, attended North Dallas High School and went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin. She worked as a Paralegal for Strasburger Price and then as a legal assistant for attorney Ray Noah. A lover of fashion and convertible Volkswagen Beetles, particularly red ones, she was always polished and beautifully dressed. She was a faithful steward of the Lord and read the Bible daily. She is survived by loving family members: her husband of 32 years, John Frampton; her daughter Pam and son Richard; a beautiful daughter in law and son in law who adored her; and 4 beautiful grandchildren…Teodoro, Ross, Marcello and Libby. She is also survived by her sister Jean; niece Tori and her family, and nephew Trevor and his family. The service for Kay Pelton will be held at 12:00 PM, Friday, February 24, 2017 at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Kay’s name to Lovers Lane United Methodist Church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
