Keith Don Jan, [66], of Richardson, Texas, passed away on September 15, 2024. Preceded in death by his parents Mary and Don Jan. He is survived by his daughters; Carressa Jan, Shannin Guillen and spouse Danny, Nicole McCarthy and spouse John, grandchildren; Hallie, Christian, Daniel, Alicia, Kaycee, and River, his four sisters Lorrie, Cindy, Sharon, and Karen, and many nieces and nephews.
Keith was born May 11, 1958 in Manhattan, KS and the family moved to Richardson, TX in 1961. He graduated from Berkner High School in 1977. In his school years he enjoyed his time in Indian Guides and 4-H club. As an adult he enjoyed tinkering and the idea of fixing things. He enjoyed shopping trips with his sisters, gambling trips with friends, going to buc-ee’s to get a pulled pork sandwich, and making memories on outtings with his grandchildren. He loved his Dr Pepper, candy, eating out, and his smokes.
In the last 10 years he spent most of his time with his family or at doctor appointments. He always went out of his way to help in any way he could. He found great joy in his 6 grandchildren and finding all the small ways to make them smile. He was always bringing them treats whether it be a 3 musketeer, Dr Pepper, slushie, or a bag of chips and dip.
