I am truly sorry to know that Kelvin has transitioned. I remember Kelvin as a kind hearted man who loved his family and cooking. My deepest sympathy to Sheila, his family and friends.

In New Orleans, LA, the Lower Ninth Ward is a close-knitted community where everyone who lives their paths sometimes crossed regularly. On occasions, I would see Kevin, although we only knew each other from sight, we would always speak. I had respect for Kevin because he always greeted me with a smile.
