Ken was born November 27, 1938 in Kentucky and passed away on October 23, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ken was a truck driver. He served his country, was a pilot for NASA, and has owned many businesses throughout his life.He is survived by his wife; Matilda Maynard, Daughters, Denise Maynard and Esther Maynard, Son, Ken Maynard, Jr.; Brother, Jim Maynard and by two Sisters, Lee McNear and Connie Wray, 4 Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.Celebration of Ken’s life will be at 3:00 p.m., Friday, November 2, 2018 In the Restland Funeral Home Abbey Chapel.Funeral arrangements for Ken Maynard have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972) 238-7111.
