Was saddened to hear of Mr. English passing. He spent a lot of time in our Restaurant in Victoria,The Corral and was there with all the oilmen , wheeling & dealing. We closed the restaurant after 62 years but I’ll always have fond memories of all the oilmen that hung out there. My prayers go out to the family with help in their grief.
