Ken was a loving husband for 53 years, an active and gracious father, and a doting grandfather.
He loved life and everything it had to offer. All were welcome at his table - and, what a table it was!
Ken had a true love for wine and food; and, he loved (over) sharing it with those around them.
His extensive travels were rooted in fine dining or a town's best "hole in the wall" restaurant.
35 years ago, Ken started VariTech International to support the growing Semiconductor Industry. Under his guidance, VariTech became a successful, multinational corporation throughout Asia and Europe. However, Ken would always credit his people as the ones responsible for its success.
To say he will be missed is an understatement. His family knows he was greeted into Heaven with kisses by all of his dogs that have gone before him - and, is reunited with his parents and grandparents. Bareboat sailing was another hobby of Ken; and it is only fitting to visualize him on a sailboat, with his "Captain Ron" hair pulled back, and setting sail into the sunset.
