Kenneth L. Manson, age 90, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on March 22, 2018, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on November 22, 1927, to Elmer A. Manson and Emma Swanson in Manchester, Iowa. Kenneth married Betty Murfin on December 3, 1980 in Mesquite, Texas. He was a farmer, bookkeeper and custodian for Garland ISD. Kenneth was a member of The Lutheran Church and served in the United States Army from 1950-1952 as a Staff Sargent.He is survived by his daughter, Diana Perez, and husband Ray; Sons, Tim Manson, and wife Laura, Tom Manson, and wife Lisa, and Brexton Collins; Brother, Elmer Manson Jr., and wife Doris; Three grandchildren, Meigan Hamilton, and husband Frank, Raymond Perez and Kevin Manson; Five great grandchildren, Hendrix, Leya Madison, Mackanna, Brooklyn and Grant.Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Emma Mason; Wife, Betty Manson; Brothers, Herold and Leonard Manson; Daughters, Freda Rogers, Jackie Long and grandson, Aaron Blanton.Services will be held at Our Savior Lutheran Church, located at 411 N. Town East Blvd, Mesquite, Texas, 75150 at 12:00PM on March 28, 2018.
