Kenneth Earl Meredith's Obituary
Entered into rest on April 11, 2008. Kenneth Meredith was born July 17, 1924 in Cicero, Illinois to Adelia and Ralph Meredith. He was preceded in death by son, Kenneth Randolph Meredith. Mr. Meredith is survived by his loving wife Lula E. Meredith of Rowlett, TX; son Michael Meredith and wife Heidi of Cincinnati, Ohio, son Larry Schick and wife Patricia of Garland, TX; daughter Nancy McClanahan and husband Richard of Carrolton, TX; daughter Lou Ann McNeeley and husband Jim of Rowlett, TX; granddaughter Amanda Meredith of Cincinnati, OH; grandson David Dunphy and wife Lisa of Rowlett, Tx; grandson Mike Dunphy and wife Tammi of Stewartstown, PA; granddaughter and grandson Lisa and Nick Alsop of Little Rock, AK; great-grandchildren Justin and Brianna Dunphy, Rebecca, Hannah and Rachel Dunphy, Katie and Emily Alsop. Kenneth Meredith was an Army veteran of WWII and received the Purple Heart along with other distinguished medals. Mr Meredith loved the Lord and his family with all of his heart and spent many hours in intercessory prayer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Kenneth Meredith and mailed to: The Children’s Medical Nest Egg Fund, St. Vincent’s Center, Atten: Ellen Torres, 2600 Pot Spring Rd., Tumonium, Maryland.21093. Service will be at 12:30pm Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at Restland’s Wildwood Chapel.
