Charles “Kent” Tucker, aged 63, ended his suffering from a long illness at his home in Garland, TX on September 4th 2019 in Garland, TX. Kent was born on June 23, 1956 to John Thomas (JT) Tucker and Marjorie Lewis Tucker in Dallas, TX.Kent was a true musician!!! He was proficient with a number of instruments, most notably the piano, drums and guitar. Kent owned a radio station and was a piano tuner and technician. He was a former radio disc jockey, locally for KLIF, KVIL, 92.5, KSMU, and KLUE out of Longview and on Satellite Music Network, ABC, Disney, Citabel, and Cumulus. He was known as a kind and gentle spirit, despite being a very private person.Kent is preceded in death by his parents, John (JT) and Marjorie Tucker; his brother, Ronald Prim; and his sister, Dianne Tucker.He is survived by his loving wife Dr. Robin Renee Binnig, of Garland; his stepson, Hayden Wyatt Giller; his sister, Suzanne Prim Evans of Garland; and brothers Clark Tucker of Sachse and Terry Johnson of Midlothian.A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 2:30 p.m., at Restland Funeral Home, Memorial Chapel.
