Kevin Glenn Bailey's Obituary
ON April 12, 1961, he was born at Homestead Air Force Base, Florida. He died September 12, 2019. He is survived by his father and mother, Charles Gelnn Bailey and Elsie Mae Walters Bailey of Richardson, Texas; and his brother, Brian Clifford Bailey and Brian’s patrner, Tom Palmisano of Hong Kong.Kevin graduated from Westlake High School, Austin, Texas in 1979. He attended Austin Community College and University of Texas, Austin, Texas, and graduated from the Dallas Police Academy in 1981.He was assigned to Dallas Police Department NE, and retired after 31 years.Funeral services conducted by Restland, in the Abbey Chapel at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, September 18, 2019.Dr. Paul Dorsey officiating.Funeral arrangements have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
