Kevin Paul Owens' Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Kevin Owens on April 23, 2024, at Faith Presbyterian Hospice in Dallas, Texas. Born and raised in Richardson, Texas, Kevin was a cherished member of the community and a beacon of kindness and generosity.
Kevin, a proud graduate in Art History of the University of Southern California, was a successful bar owner and real estate investor who split his time between Dallas and Palm Desert, California. His entrepreneurial spirit was matched by his passion for hospitality, always eager to host friends and family, making every gathering memorable with his warm smile and engaging stories.
An aficionado of family history, Kevin was often regarded as an encyclopedia of his family’s legacy, reveling in the tales of the "good old days." His love for food and the joy of sharing it with others was unparalleled, embodying the spirit of true hospitality.
Kevin is survived by his loving family, his sister Kim, nephew Kyle, and nieces Maggie and Emily, who will miss his presence deeply. His companionship with his dog Carly, shared with his sister, brought him immense joy and comfort. He now joins his beloved parents, Jeanne and Jerry Owens, brother Stewart, and niece Allison in heaven.
Kevin's legacy of kindness, generosity, and the joy he brought to every life he touched will forever be remembered. His enduring smile and the warmth of his spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Rest in peace, dear Kevin, until we meet again.
