Kimberly Jill Moore's Obituary
Kimberly Jill Moore, 54, of Dallas, TX, took her last breath on earth and her first breath in heaven on December 30th, 2023. She was born on October 28th, 1969, in Yakima, Washington to Steven Nelson and the late Susan Nelson.
Kimberly was a vibrant believer in Jesus Christ and sparkled with exuberance as she shared her faith with everyone she met. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Corporate Community Wellness from John Brown University in 1994. Afterward, she coached hundreds of clients as a personal fitness trainer and worked with the elderly in various assisted living facilities in Dallas for nearly 30 years.
Kimberly also loved to travel, host friends for delicious healthy meals in her home, and repurpose vintage jewelry. However, her real passion was writing and speaking about her love for Jesus. She authored two Bible studies, Beauty in a Life Repurposed and Kingdom Sparkle, and wrote countless blog posts, which can be found at kingdomsparkle.wordpress.com.
Kimberly is survived by her husband, Michael, her father, Steve Nelson, her sister, Heidi Petak (Brian), her nephews, Josiah, Jonathan, Joshua, and Justin, her sister-in-law, Meredith (Brent), her niece, Tess, her nephew, Truitt, and her 17-year-old Pomeranian, Emma.
A celebration of Life service will be held on January 12th, 2024, at 2pm at Fellowship Dallas, located at 9330 N. Central Expy, Dallas, TX 75231. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Voice of the Martyrs at persecution.com.
