Kirke Coney's Obituary
Malcolm Kirke Coney Jr. was born on September 21, 1930 in Magnolia, MS. Died on February 9, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara in 2000. His survivors include: Kay McCarthy, sister; Penny Coney, daughter; Kirke Coney, son, and wife Cathi; Ryan Rodriguez, grandson, and wife Courtney; Andrew Coney, grandson; Luke Rodriguez, great grandson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Kirke said “I am not in favor of long, laudatory obituaries; friends will see through it and enemies don’t give a damn.” A private Graveside Service will be held prior to a Memorial Service at Northpark Presbyterian Church, 9555 N. Central Expressway, at 11 AM, February 13, 2016. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Youth Ministry, Northpark Presbyterian Church, 9555 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75231.
